Project Overview
Diamonds International is a leading jeweller in Brisbane. They approached Thirteen Digital to modernise their website and showcase their impressive range.
Diamonds International don’t display the cost of their jewellery as the price displayed usually deters the customers. The challenge was to convert the customers from the digital experience to in store.
Execution
We used techniques like a sticky make an appointment call to action to bring to allow the opportunity to contact the store at all times. We also devised a quiz to help the customers select their ideal diamond, prompting them to have their unique selection emailed to them and to allow them to make an appointment to view their selection in store.
This jewellery selection was seriously impressive and we could see the potential that wasn’t being used. We used a local photographer, Grace Elizabeth, to create a brilliant campaign to showcase their selection.
